About
In 1911, Dr. Francis J. Hall, a Professor of Dogmatic Theology at Western Theological Seminary purchased a waterfront lot along Main Street in Onekama. Hall soon hired local builder A.D. McCormick to construct a unique chapel on the property.
The next summer, the structure was completed at a cost of approximately $700. In August of 1912 the chapel was consecrated. Hall remained in charge of the Protestant Episcopal Church until 1930. Today, the small chapel continues to serve congregants throughout the summer months in Onekama.
