Ginger and Baker is a restored historic grain mill in Fort Collins housing a market, bakery, restaurants, a teaching kitchen, and event spaces. The Café serves scratch-made comfort food such as chicken pot pie, burgers, and meatloaf, along with homestyle breakfast and fresh-baked pastries, while The Cache offers a Colorado steakhouse menu of hand-cut steaks, seafood, and craft cocktails on a glass-enclosed rooftop patio.
