Larimer County Natural Resources

Larimer County Natural Resources manages recreation areas including Carter Lake, the Flatiron, Horsetooth, and Pinewood reservoirs, and Estes Park campgrounds at Mary’s Lake and East Portal. It also oversees Big Thompson parks and open spaces such as Devil’s Backbone, Eagle’s Nest, Hermit Park, Horsetooth Mountain, Red Mountain, River Bluffs, and Soderberg.
