Construction on this home was completed in 1908 by J.R. Bradshaw, a local orchardist also involved in real estate. It is one of the larger and more elaborate brick Victorian style homes in Palisade and features Corinthian columns across the front and beveled glass windows. Later, it was home to the Beckwith family with upstairs apartments. In 2003, owners Ron and Kristin West began restoring the house to near original condition. It is now their home and the tasting room for Varaison Winery. Many historic artifacts from the late 1890s to 1945 were discovered at the property and are on display.
