One of the first businesses to operate out of this site in the early 1900s was the Wooden Posts and Billiards Store. Later, it was the offices of physician Dr. Chester Bliss from 1953 until the 1970s. It was offices for Wagner Galloway Architects, and then lavender and silver jeweler stores. J-U-B Engineering opened its offices in May 2017.
