Over the years, this building was the site of several businesses including Park Clothing store and later Beahms Clothing. In 1961, it became the Clinton Insurance Agency. The Palisade Tribune, the newspaper of record since 1903, was headquartered here from 1979 until the paper ceased publishing in March 2014. CAVE and Winefest offices moved here in 2015.
