The longest tenant in this space was the dental office of Dr. Ralph Kibler for 47 years beginning in 1959. Before Dr. Kibler, the space included the offices of George Bunte, who hauled freight, and later became the Mesa County Assessor, and Benson's Second Hand Furniture store. This space has been a variety of speciality stores. Harlow Palisade gift shop opened in 2022.
